3 The procedures followed in the decision making process including channels of supervision and accountability Administrative Officer/AAO/AF&AO/ HoDs assist the Director in the decision making process as per the manual of office procedure prescribed by the Council.
4 The norms set for the discharge of its functions. Efforts are made to deal with the cases as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the rules, regulations and other instructions issued from time to time. The time schedule for disposing of some of the cases is defined in the relevant rules/instructions.
5 The rules, regulation, instruction manuals and records held by it or under control or used by its employees for discharging its function. ARS Rules for Scientific Staff, TSR for Technical Staff, CCS(CCA) rules as applicable mutatis mutandis to ICAR Employees
6 Statement of the category of documents that are held by it or under its control

The various sections of the institute have the files, documents /records relating to their sections along with the references and the correspondence.

7 Particular of any arrangement that exists for consultation with or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof. Technology Transfer section of the Institute maintains linkage with the Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) in which there occurs representation and consultation of public members like progressive farmers and representative of State Animal Husbandry Department. Besides, the Institute also participates in Regional Committee Meetings of the ICAR to get the feedback for addessing the issues related to the region.
A statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public or the minutes of such meetings are accessible for public.

The Reseach Advisory Committee (RAC) and Quinquennial Review Team (QRT) meetings are held for providing advice and guidance for strengthing the R&D programs of the Institute. The minutes of these meetings are accessible on request
