Research Area

Dr. A.S. Yadav’s main research areas are food microbiology, molecular microbial biotechnology, including predictive microbiology and avian health management.

Teaching & Research Guidance

Dr. Yadav instructs courses on microbiology of poultry & poultry products and avian health management including biosecurity measures. He also serves as Chairman, Students Advisory Committee (major guide) in the major programs of poultry science.
